Withdrawal from the contract

If you are the consumer (you shop in our e-shop out of the scope of your business activities), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving the reason within 14 days after the products were delivered. You can withdraw from the contract by sending us an e-mail or post us a letter. To withdraw from the contract, we will need your personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail and IBAN) and information about the contract (number of the order / the invoice, date of the order, date of delivery and identification of returned products). You are obliged to return the products in 14 days after the withdrawal.
