Our company, Zeliny z doliny s.r.o. runs an e-shop on websites www.zelinyzdoliny.sk and www.flowercorms.eu. In order to sell our products, deliver our services and run the e-shop, we need to process some personal information of our customers.

The processing of personal data is regulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

1.1 Processing the personal data from the contact form

If you contact us about our products and services via our contact form, we will be processing your contact information: name, surname and e-mail address.

For what purpose?

We will use these data to contact you to give you the information about our products and services.

We will process your personal data on the grounds of Art. 6.1.b) of (General Data Protection Regulation) – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

For how long will we be processing your data?

If we do not make a contract with you, we will process your data no longer than 30 days after our last communication.

1.2 Processing your personal data when you shop at our e-shop

If you make an order in our e-shop, we will process the data you fill in our order form, especially invoicing information: name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number.

For what purpose?

We need to process your personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver you our products or services. We will use your contact information to communicate with you about your order, answer your questions or settle your claims.

We will also process your personal data to comply with our legal duties (keeping the accounts, declare the taxes, settle the claims etc.).

We will process your personal data on the grounds of Art. 6.1.b) of (General Data Protection Regulation) – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

For how long will we be processing your data?

We will process your data during the time when we are processing your order and no longer than 30 days after the service or products have been delivered.

2. WHO WILL HAVE AN ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?

Your data will stay at our company. However, there are companies and persons that assist us in processing the orders and have access to personal data we keep, especially our shipping company (Packeta Slovakia s.r.o.).

We only keep and process the personal data within the European Union.

3. MORE INFORMATION

Our company does not have the assignee for the protection of personal information.

Our company does not use automated processing of the personal data or profiling.

4. YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

GDPR gives you the right to contact us and ask about your personal data, to require access to your information and to have them updated and corrected. You can require limited processing of your data, a copy of processed data, deleting of personal data and, under some circumstances, you have the right to the portability of your personal data.  You can raise the objection to processing of the personal data based on legitimate interest. If you think we do not process personal data properly, you can make a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection of Slovak Republic or raise your claims with the court of law.
